Zack is an Associate Policy Research Scientist at the College Board. My research applies insights from labor and behavioral economics to improve college outcomes for low-income students and students of color. I earned a doctorate in Quantitative Policy Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master’s of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
