Kelli Bird

Kelli is the Research Director of Nudge4 Solutions Lab and Research Faculty at the Curry School of Education. Kelli has worked with several large organizations, including the Common App and the US Army to design, implement, and evaluate large-scale interventions to improve higher education outcomes for at-risk populations. In her current role, Kelli is primarily responsible for ensuring high-quality data analysis across a number of projects with the Lab’s state partners aimed at increasing the share of working adults with holding postsecondary credentials. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Policy Analysis from the University of Virginia in 2016, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the University of Virginia and the University of Kansas, respectively.
